French Ambassador Visits Nigeria French Village in Badagry...
On November 14, 2008, HE M. Jean-Michel DUMOND visited the Nigeria French Village in Badagry, Lagos state, where students in French come from all parts of the country to be trained in order to become teachers in French.
He received a warm welcome from teachers and students alike, and toured the premises, which are located some 90 kms from Lagos.
"From what I have seen this morning, the Ambassador said, I am very impressed by the quality of what’s done here".
The Ambassador recalled that, in less than 20 years, some 47 000 students have participated so far in the programme.
